Using Internet Explorer
Open Windows Internet Explorer and type ftp.pcigroup-ftp.net into the address field.

A page like this should show up. Then click on the Page button on the right.

Then click on the button at the bottom of the pull down menu that says Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.

Type your username and password in the areas provided.

Then you can drag and drop files to and from your desktop or file folders.
